Our Recreational Cheerleading classes provide the perfect introduction to the exciting world of cheer! This program offers a fun and low-pressure way for kids to explore cheerleading, learning the essential skills and fundamentals of the sport.

Participants will develop their abilities in stunting, tumbling, jumps, motions, dance, and formations—all in a supportive, non-competitive environment. It’s a great way for your child to build confidence, teamwork, and athleticism, all while having fun, without the commitment of a competitive cheerleading program.

Cheerleading

Tiny Cheer

Our Tiny Cheer class is a fun, interactive 45-minute session designed for young children to explore the basics of cheerleading. Held once a week, this class focuses on introducing foundational cheerleading skills through playful activities, all while fostering body awareness and coordination in a supportive environment.

With the guidance of our experienced coaches, children will engage in age-appropriate drills that prepare them for the movements of cheerleading, building strength, balance, and teamwork. This program is ideal for children ages 3-5 who are ready to participate independently, without a parent or guardian in the class. It’s a fantastic way for little ones to develop motor skills and confidence while having fun!

Barracks Gymnastics

Barracks

Barracks is a fun and dynamic 1-hour weekly session designed to introduce participants to the fundamentals and skills of cheerleading. Athletes will learn the basics of tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance, and cheer formations, all in a positive and supportive environment.

This program is perfect for children and pre-teens ages 6-12 who are eager to explore cheerleading and develop their athleticism. Participants will gain confidence, strength, and coordination as they build a solid foundation in cheerleading movements, all while having fun!

Force Gymnastics

Force

Force is the perfect introduction to the exciting world of All Star Cheerleading! This 1.5-hour weekly practice, held over 13 weeks, is designed to teach athletes the fundamentals of cheerleading in a fun and supportive environment.

Throughout the 13 week session, participants will learn essential skills such as stunting, beginner tumbling, jumps, motions, dance, formations, and choreography—all while building important teamwork and communication skills. Basic routine choreography is very much highlighted on Force, as they work as a team to build a cheer performance routine. At the end of the program, athletes will have the exciting opportunity to perform at our Cheer Showcase alongside our competitive cheer teams.

This program is ideal for children ages 7-12 who are ready to take their first step into All Star Cheerleading and experience the thrill of performance and team spirit!
