Grande Prairie Gymnastics does not share your personal information with anyone, with the exception of their insurance providers for insurance purposes only.
Insurance fees cannot be refunded or credited under any circumstances.
All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
In an attempt to provide increased value to our visitors, Grande Prairie Gymnastics may link to sites operated by third parties. However, even if the third party is affiliated with Grande Prairie Gymnastics, Grande Prairie Gymnastics has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices, independent of Grande Prairie Gymnastics. Children must be the appropriate age for the program you are registering them in prior to the start of the class**
If your child doesn’t turn the appropriate age until part way through the session, you cannot move them up to the older group.
Example: If your child is 2 for a class starting September 1st and their birthday is October 1st, you MUST register them in the 2-year-old program even though they turn 3 during the session. Insurance regulations restrict us from having kids in the program who are not age-appropriate.
