Designed for aspiring adventurers ages 5-12, this class emphasizes safe movement while encouraging kids to push their limits and express themselves through freestyle motion.
Under the guidance of our expert instructors, participants will develop confidence, improve coordination, and enhance strength and flexibility. Parkour promotes teamwork, problem-solving, and the joy of discovering new ways to move—whether running, jumping, climbing, or flipping!
These levels are perfect for beginners or those with some experience. Athletes will focus on mastering basic movement techniques such as running, jumping, vaulting, and landing safely. The goal is to build confidence, strength, and coordination, while learning the foundational skills of parkour in a supportive environment.
For athletes who have mastered the basics, Levels 3-5 will introduce more challenging movements and combinations. These levels focus on refining technique, increasing agility, and improving body control as participants tackle more complex obstacles and sequences. Athletes will also begin to explore creativity in their movements, designing their own routes and challenges.
Level 5+ is for the most experienced parkour athletes who are ready to push the boundaries of their skills. At this level, athletes will work on advanced stunts, precision jumps, and fluid transitions between obstacles. Training focuses on mastering control, strength, and flexibility to perform increasingly complex movements with confidence and style.
